Improving Lives Counseling Services offers Case Management services. We assume responsibility for locating, coordinating and monitoring appropriate services for an individuals in need of assistance, whether it’s medical, social, educational and other kinds of services.

In order to ensure that case management services are not duplicated by other staff, our services are provided in accordance with a comprehensive individualized treatment/ service plan.
