Kneale is the owner of Improving Lives Counseling Services with ten locations throughout northeast Oklahoma. He grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated from Cascia Hall Preparatory High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Chicago, Illinois (Northwest Campus), a Master of Business degree from St. Gregory University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Master of Science in Management degree from St. Gregory University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His interests include: flying airplanes, racing cars, weight lifting, ballroom dancing, shooting guns, and martial arts (Jeet Kune Do, Musha Ryu Aikijutsu, and Bushido Kempo).
Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree, and a Master of Science in Mathematics, from Pittsburg State University. He taught Mathematics and Physics at the secondary level and Mathematics at the university level. He has worked as a manager in computer science fields, and as a project manager, for over 10 years. He served in the USAFSS.
Rick and his wife, Judy, have fostered 30 children, adopting three of them. They also have two biological sons and two grandchildren.
Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist, Administrative Assistant, and Training Coordinator
Becca has a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from St. Gregory’s University. She is currently working on her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of the Cumberlands. She plans on obtaining a second Master of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling as well. With her background as a retail store manager, she is very adept at finding strengths in other people and teaching them how to leverage those strengths to accomplish their goals. She is very passionate about helping people and enjoys building positive working relationships with the people she helps. She loves helping children and adolescents and adults learn skills that will improve their lives. Her interests include learning, reading, creative arts and spending time with her family.
Billing and Credentialing Specialists
Liz is the billing and credentialing specialists for ILCS. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. She previously worked as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm which helped her realize her passion for helping and working with individuals. She plans to continue her education with the hopes of obtaining her masters. In her free time Liz enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, and taking her dog Darcy for walks.
Valerie is currently attending Rogers State University to obtain her Bachelors Degree in psychology. She then hopes to further her education and obtain her Masters in Social Work, to become a clinical social worker. She really enjoys working at Improving Lives, since she gets to learn new things about this field every day. Working here as truly helped her realize she’s on the right career path. In her free time she enjoys binge watching Netflix shows, traveling to new places, and spending time with her loved ones.
