Amelia is a certified case manager II and has previously worked as a social worker and a teacher. She received her college degree in Education from Oklahoma Baptist University and a secondary degree from Oklahoma State University in Human Development and Family Science. She has primarily worked within the social service setting for over 25 years. Her main focus has always been helping children & youth; but her passion is working with whomever is in dire need of her services. She has knowledge and capabilities to help families obtain resources, and to enhance their skills for optimum mental health through behavioral rehabilitation. Amelia looks forward to working with you.

Regenia graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Social Work. After retiring in 2016 from a successful social work career with the State of Oklahoma, she continued to pursue her passion for working to strengthen families in crisis as a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist.

Regenia has a reputation that precedes her as an advocate for families in crisis, demonstrated by her ability to collaborate with local resources to meet their immediate needs, in addition to possessing excellent interpersonal skills exhibited by her ability to relate to and build trust with people of all ages, cultures, and socioeconomic groups. Regenia is the parent of three adult children and grandmother of ten children (mostly teenagers). For Regenia, being a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist allows her to make an impact in the lives of hurting families helping them get to the next level by achieving their personal goals.

Sondra graduated from University of Tulsa with a dual major in Secondary Education and Psychology. She also has a Specialized Bachelor of Arts degree from T.U. Sondra has 20 years working in education, mental/behavioral health, in-patient programs, transitional living and community outreach. Her experience in education and mental health includes Special Education at Waite Phillips Elementary in Tulsa, Ok and Shadow Mountain Browns School of Oklahoma. Transitional Living and shelter experiences are dear to Sondra’s heart. She spent 4 years in the foster care system, and children’s shelter in Lawton, Ok. She has worked in Enid, Ok. At Crossroads Halfway House with children and their mothers who had addictions and co-occurring mental health issues. The Lindsey House of Tulsa played an influential role in Sondra’s adult life, too. She still volunteers as an Art and Crafts Teacher for their Transitional Living Program. Sondra has also been the Director/Outreach Coordinator for St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for the previous 7 years. Sondra visited families in their homes or public outings where she advocated and linked families to local resources for parenting, money management, medication management, entitlement programs, grants, and benefits for state and federal programs.

Sondra began working on a Master’s of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Nazarene University. Observing, listening, and meeting people where they are is Sondra’s strategy when working with people. “I want to sit on the curb and eat with the homeless. I want to blow bubbles with the child who is afraid to trust. I want to give hope to the mom with addiction and depression. I want to be available for you where ever your journey has brought you. Know that your life is precious. Believe that!”

Susan is currently attending Walden University to obtain her Masters degree in counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She loves helping people and working with children as well as their families. She has been a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist for almost 4 years now, and also has past experience working as a special education teacher for seven years in Bristow Schools.

Tamra has a Bachelor of Art in Sociology and a Master of Science in Human Services with a specialization in Criminal Justice. As a former law enforcement officer, Tamra has many years of experience working with diverse populations. She has 13 years of experience in providing case management services and ten years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation services. She has taught numerous classes on anger management, bipolar education, and parenting education. Tamra finds it immensely fulfilling helping people who are at their lowest point and being able to watch them grow and prosper. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also serves as an officer on her local parent-teacher organization board and soccer club board.

Viora grew up as a disadvantaged youth in a family effected by mental health issues. Her childhood was filled with difficult situations Having to fend for herself at a very young age, Viora recognized that even though she couldn’t always change her environment she could CHANGE her way of thinking and EMPOWER herself.

She understands the value a simple compliment, kind words and a good sense of humor. She makes a point of giving at least 2 HONEST compliments a day. It has been said and heard on several occasion,” Thank you! That just made my day. I needed that laugh!”
She is a strong believer in the nourishment of community and people. Recognizing that it could make the difference between inherited and or social poverty. Having a dream Setting a goal. Developing a plan. Becoming successful and PAYING IT FORWARD!! During her teenage years, Viora worked with youth in low income housing community centers. This developed into a passion to assist and educate at risk youth and families.

Viora graduated from Langston University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Corrections with a minor in Sociology.
As a Case Manager, Viora pledges to work with you to help you develop the skills to confidently become self-sufficient and get your needs met.
