Kneale
President & Chief Executive Officer
Kneale is the President/CEO/Founder of Improving Lives Counseling Services with twelve locations throughout Oklahoma where he also works a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a state approved continuing education instructor. He grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated from Cascia Hall Preparatory High School.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Chicago, Illinois (Northwest Campus), a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Gregory University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Master of Science in Management degree from St. Gregory University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kneale is also a private pilot and is currently completing his scuba diving instructor certification Summer 2024.
Rick
Vice President
Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree, and a Master of Science in Mathematics, from Pittsburg State University. He taught Mathematics and Physics at the secondary level and Mathematics at the university level. He has worked as a manager in computer science fields, and as a project manager, for over 10 years. He served in the USAFSS.
Rick and his wife, Judy, have fostered 30 children, adopting three of them. They also have two biological sons and two grandchildren.
Becca K.
Chief Operating Officer
Becca has a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from St. Gregory’s University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of the Cumberlands. She plans on obtaining a second Master of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling as well. With her background as a retail store manager, she is very adept at finding strengths in other people and teaching them how to leverage those strengths to accomplish their goals. She is very passionate about helping people and enjoys building positive working relationships with the people she helps. She loves helping children and adolescents and adults learn skills that will improve their lives. Her interests include learning, reading, creative arts and spending time with her family.
Beatrice
Payroll Manager
Beatrice has worked in the customer service industry for many years but have found that working behind the scenes is where she excels at. She enjoys working with the team brainstorming ideas to make processes run more smoothly and efficiently. She loves to learn new things and believes that challenges are “figure-outable.” Beatrice loves spending time with her husband, their adorable daughter, and Lokie and Bailey, their two dogs. She is working on completing her degree in Business Administration and would love to travel more with her family.

Annie is a Minnesota native who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oral Roberts University. She has a shining personality that makes her a joy to work alongside! A few of her favorite things are snorkeling, traveling, and cooking. Annie has a heart to help people and hopes that she can assist clients the best way possible.
